Model Amtrak Train to Circle National Christmas Tree

Since we normally like to spew bile and cover stories that incite and rile our naturally sarcastic selves, I thought, in the Spirit of the Season, I’d share something a bit on the lighter side of things. Amtrak, apparently, is sponsoring a model train to run beneath the national Christmas tree this year. As I plan on driving through DC and spending a day or so there on my way up north for Christmas, I’ll probably stop by and take a look. I also like to stop off at Union Station and have a walk around; its always well-festooned for the Holidays- including a huge model train layout in the main foyer. After all, what’s more traditionally Christmas than toy trains?

    Another train to nowhere. Is the buffalo planning board involved here?

    What a Amtrak build a train centered around Washington that doesn’t go very fast and in mostly just for show.

    Sounds familiar. Starts with Ass and ends in ella.

    @BrianN:

    A drum and a set of cymbals fall off a cliff…
